| Compactly designed with a two-inch thick,
insulated double-wall cabinet, the E-SAVE incorporates our SSCR Ultra rotor.
The rotor is made with a ceramic matrix meeting the International Agency
for Research on Cancer (IARC) standards for non-respirable fibers. The
ceramic matrix is combined with synthesized silica gel to form the most
advanced dehumidifier rotor. Only the desiccant is in contact with the air-stream! This advanced form of silica gel has an extremely high "affinity" for water vapor. The synergistic form of the desiccant and ceramic matrix allows for distinct advantages over both granular adsorbents and impregnated desiccants. |

A comfortable air conditioning system by taking the fresh air
|
| MGT exhaust heat driven new desiccant air conditioning
unit "E-SAVE" which we are developing right now is able to
drastically enhance the indoor air quality (IAQ) as it is able to take
the fresh air into the building wihtout losing the characteristic of
energy saving. Furthermore, as it can be used as heating equipment for
winter season, "E-SAVE" can be said as a comfortable air conditioning
system pursuing the enhancement of IAQ through the year. |

Environmental friendly unit, and the configuration can be simplified

| Since the new desiccant air conditioning unit is
combined with a high performance desiccant rotor and a special heat exchanger,
it is really environmental friendly air conditioning unit that does not
require freon or substitute freon as coolant used by conventional air
conditioning units. The conventional desiccant air conditioning unit
consists of 5 main components and the fresh air is supplied through a
desiccant rotor, a sensible heat exchange rotor and an evaporative cooler
for supply air stream. The new desiccant air conditioning unit however
consists of two main components such as a desiccant rotor and a stationary
sensible heat exchanger, the configuration of the unit can be simplified. |

| Since the high performance desiccant rotor installed
with E-SAVE takes advantage of the exhaust heat directly from MGT and
the water heater is not necessary for regeneration heat, there is no
heat exchange loss, which realizes high efficiency with a simple and
compact designed unit. |

Special Stationary Sensible Heat Exchanger without carrying over the moisture

| The stationary heat exchanger has a function that heat exchange can be conducted while water evaporation heat can be utilized to additionally cool the supply air without carrying over the moisture from water evaporation like the conventional direct evaporative cooler. Therefore, 90% or higher sensible heat exchange efficiency can be realized and the supply air can be effectively cooled down. |
| The E-SAVE desiccant A-C unit with its anti-bacterial
and deodorizing effect is also equipped with temperature control for cooling
and heating along with its primary function of dehumidication and ventilation.
