CAL-IN assists clients by solving IAQ engineering related issues. Our engineers take proactive steps toward ensuring that designs on new and renovation projects incorporate the prevailing IAQ prudent practices. When IAQ complaints concerning heating, ventilation, humidity, air conditions and problems related to those systems are in question, our engineers are called in to address and resolve the complaints causing occupant symptoms, irritation, potential hazardous exposure, or other perceived health risks. Once an information gathering and site assessment of the HVAC and other building infrastructure is complete, the engineering team works to identify causes and propose solutions.

For more in depth investigations, the engineering team will generate a report, which will document the complaint, the results of the investigation, and remedial actions that will be directed to the building management and/or department reporting the complaint.
