Karilyn Edwards is the Senior Accountant of CAL-IN Technology Transfer, L.L.C.

Karilyn has worked in public accounting for over 13 years, and has a broad range of experience related to operations and financial accounting. Karilyn graduated with a Bachelors of Accountancy from the University of San Diego in 1994. She then took a position with a large local accountancy firm in San Diego, where she spent seven years moving through departments in order to gain knowledge in multiple areas. Karilyn eventually managed the audit team, developing an audit manual used to train, educate, and monitor quality control for all audit engagements.

Karilyn is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the California State Board of Accountancy, and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
