Dr. Shannon M. Hollsten is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CAL-IN.  

Dr. Hollsten is a finance and operations executive with over 14 years experience specializing in manufacturing, high tech and private equity firms.  Shannon spent 8 years in increasingly responsible senior management positions with Ventilacion Industrial, S.A. in Mexico City with clients including Eli Lilly, Pfizer, Telmex, IBM and others. Shannon also co-founded a Class 100, HEPA, ULPA and carbon filter manufacturing facility serving the National Ignition Facility (NIF) project at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL).   

Shannon previously served as President and CEO of an international medical device company located in California. She also served on the board of the company’s joint venture in Osaka, Japan. One of Shannon’s early positions was as the Sub-Director of the Campeche State Fund for the Governor of Campeche, Mexico.  

Dr. Hollsten graduated with a Doctorate degree in Philosophy and a Masters in Business Administration from the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico. Shannon maintains active memberships in various industry related associations.
